Northmark is a small, growing Finnish brand. We design and manufacture architectural outdoor kitchens, furniture systems, and pergolas — all produced in our own workshop in Klaukkala.
We do not do mass production. Every product is made by hand, to specification, without compromise on quality. We are looking for people who share that mindset — and want to be part of building something lasting.
Carpenter / Production Worker
You will manufacture wood products based on technical drawings — material processing, assembly, surface finishing, and quality control. The work is independent and responsible — you apply your craft from start to finish.
- Carpentry qualification or equivalent, or strong hands-on experience
- Craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Genuine interest in high-quality, durable design
- Experience in outdoor furniture or structural production
- Surface treatment and finishing skills
- A permanent position in a growing, Finnish-owned company
- A varied and independent role with real ownership

Northmark is expanding into Sweden, Denmark, and beyond. We are looking for a commercially minded person to identify and develop relationships with premium showrooms, design studios, and architectural partners across Europe — building partnerships that reflect Northmark's premium positioning.
- Experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development
- Confident communication in English — Scandinavian languages a strong advantage
- Understanding of premium design, architecture, or outdoor living markets
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently across markets
- Interest in building long-term relationships, not transactional sales
- Existing network in Scandinavian design or outdoor living sector
- Experience with architects, interior studios, or project developers
- Familiarity with showroom or dealer distribution models
- A flexible, hybrid role with real ownership of international growth
